6.Use iCloud Photo Library and Optimized Storage

- Open the Photos app on your Mac
- Select Photos > Preferences
- Select iCloud
- Check the box for iCloud Photo Library

7.Remove Your Old iCloud Backups

- Launch iTunes
- Select Preferences
- Select Devices
